Diagnostic Review

 If your business already has bookkeeping records in an accounting system, the first step of our collaboration is a diagnostic review. This review helps evaluate the current condition of your books so both you and we clearly understand where things stand before moving forward. 

Pricing:  Fixed fee of $225
Includes:

  •  Review of your current chart of accounts, transactions, and reports  
  •  Verification of bank and credit card reconciliation status and account balances 
  •  Summary of findings and recommended next steps 

Accounting Software Setup & Support

If needed,  we help set up and organize accounting platforms such as FreshBooks so your bookkeeping system is clear, structured, and ready for ongoing use. 

Pricing: Starting at $100, depending on the complexity of your setup and needs.

Includes:

  • Account setup and initial configuration
  • Customizing categories to match your business and expenses
  • Guidance on connecting bank and credit card accounts
  • Walkthrough of key features such as invoicing, estimates, and time tracking

Cleanup / Catch-Up Bookkeeping

If your financial records are behind or unclear, we help you get everything back in order. Cleanup work provides a clear, accurate picture of your finances so you can move forward with confidence.

Pricing: Priced individually based on the number of transactions and the complexity of your records.
Includes:

  • Reviewing historical transactions and activity
  • Organizing and categorizing past income and expenses
  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
  • Resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate balances

Ongoing Bookkeeping

Maintain clarity in your financial records with ongoing bookkeeping that keeps your accounts accurate, organized, and tax-ready. 

Pricing: $40/hr for the first three months. After that, we transition to a flat monthly rate tailored to your business needs.

  • Transaction categorization
  • Receipt Management
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Clear, straightforward financial reports
